This spacious studio apartment on Calle de la Primavera, in Lavapiés, is 48 m², and has 1 bathroom, cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The charming property is furnished with 2 double beds, one of which is on a mezzanine level, and can accommodate up to 4 tenants.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, 5 minutes from Plaza Lavapiés where you will find the Metro, a large supermarket, and several cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, known as Madrid's Art Triangle, are also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is one of a kind, and is located in a former industrial building which has been renovated into a residential unit.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is plenty of storage space.
- This apartment can accommodate up to 4 tenants, making it ideal for friends travelling together.
- Marcos the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- Puerta del Sol and El Retiro Park are within walking distance.
- Calle Argumosa nearby is a fantastic spot to enjoy a beer and some tapas.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
- There was no TV or microwave at the time of our visit, but the landlord will provide them by the time the tenants move in.
