A beautifully decorated 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Delicias. The decor is fresh and modern and there are wooden floors. The bright living room has two sets of French doors which lead out onto balconies and let in a lot of light. There is also a modern kitchen with another balcony, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
You are on a quiet plaza in the Delicias area of Madrid. Nearby there are plenty of supermarkets and bars, as well as metro and Cercanías stations; ideal if you need to commute but want to live near the city centre.
What we liked the most
- We love the carefully thought out decor.
- There are 4 French balconies.
- Bedroom 2 can be used as an office, and has plenty of storage.
- You are on a quiet plaza next to a busier road which has plenty of shops and great transport connections.
- The bathroom is very big and has a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed.
