This stylish and bright 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Cristo, in the central and hip area of Malasaña. The bright living room has a comfy couch and is beautifully decorated with a rustic bookshelf and characteristic tiled floors, the perfect area for relaxing or hosting get togethers. The kitchen is painted in a cool red colour and comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, there is also a cosy dining table.
Living in Malasaña you are in a very central and hip part of the city. Many of Madrid's most famous landmarks are within walking distance and there are trendy clubs, bars and restaurants within minutes in every direction. With the metro close by you can easily connect with the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The interior of the property is absolutely beautiful. Stylish tiles, gorgeous furniture and bright colourful rooms.
- The double bedroom has a big wardrobe where you can store your belongings.
- There is AC, you will love this in the summer.
- Living here you will be in a trendy and well connected part of town.

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building which does not have an elevator.
