This 30 m² studio apartment is located in the trendy area of Malasaña. Located in the building attic, you have multiple skylight windows that fill the studio with natural light. The bedroom area has a double bed and TV, which you can also watch from the sofa. You can eat you meals at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
Malasaña is a popular neighborhood among Madrileños, maintaining a traditional community atmosphere but sprinkled with trendy boutiques and restaurants. You can also find plenty of small plazas and a variety of bars to meet with friends at night.
What we liked the most
- The slanted ceiling has different heights, making the studio feel bigger.
- There is an AC unit and a large flat-screen TV.
- There is a good amount of storage space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast bar.
- You are in the heart of Malasaña a few minutes' walk to the popular Plaza del 2 de Mayo.
