This cosy studio apartment is available to rent on Calle de las Navas de Tolosa in the centre of the city. The apartment has a 40 m² floor area, and includes a mezzanine level with a double bed. The main living area has a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The apartment is well equipped with modern amenities, including AC, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
You'll be living in the very heart of the city, just a couple of minute's walk from Puerta del Sol, Spain's mile 0. As well as all the cultural sites and tourist attractions, you'll find plenty of shopping nearby, with a huge El Corte Inglés department store at nearby Callo and lots of smaller shops in the area too.
What we liked the most
- The AC will help you through Madrid's summer.
- A studio with a balcony is always a bonus!
- The mezzanine floor and high ceilings makes the studio feel more spacious.
- The kitchen is small but comes with a washing machine and dishwasher.
- You can't beat the location! Gran Vía, Sol, Callao – all within walking distance.
