This 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Lagasca in the desirable Salamanca area of Madrid. The property is quite spacious and has been brightly decorated, to keep it feeling cheerful and warm. The apartment has wooden laminate floors throughout, and has a large, enclosed glass balcony that lets in a lot of light. The furnishings and appliances are modern and clean, and there is plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.
Salamanca is an affluent area, one of the most desirable in Madrid, filled with large 18th century apartment buildings. As a result, the neighbourhood is very attractive, and you could spend a worse time than just wandering the streets and admiring the architecture. Here you will find plenty of fantastic bars and restaurants, and you will be just a short walk from the beautiful Retiro park.

- You will have a large, bright space as your living area, with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table.
- The apartment has AC – a must in the scorching Madrid summer.
- You will be living in a beautiful area of the city, close to lots to see and do.
- There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby.
