This nicely renovated 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Andrés Mellado, in Moncloa, is fully furnished and opens out onto its own private terrace. The 41 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The apartment is located close to Ciudad Universitaria, in an area that is popular with young people and students. This lively neighbourhood offers plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy, and the Metro stops 6 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The private terrace is very large!
- The apartment is very tidy as it has been recently renovated.
- Both bathrooms are modern and nicely tiled.
- The beautiful Parque del Oeste is a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven and only comes with basic cooking utensils.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will need to arrange this service yourself if required.
