A comfortable 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Malasaña in the heart of Madrid. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities you might need on arriving and has a welcoming and homely feel to it, perfect for students and young professionals alike.
Malasaña is a centrally located neighbourhood, situated just north of the main avenue of Gran Vía. It is a trendy neighbourhood that nevertheless has plenty about it that is authentic. Full of independent boutiques and unusual restaurants and with a vibrant bar scene, there is plenty here to keep you entertained.
What we liked the most
- Animals are allowed in the property so you could buy a pet fish to join you in your home.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven as well as a stove and a microwave, something not always found in smaller properties.
- There is a breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals.
- A supermarket can be found just up the road from the apartment, ideal for last-minute purchases.
- This location is great for those seeking a bohemian and alternative atmosphere.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is space inside the apartment for a rack or strings over the patio where you can dry your clothes.
