We're certain you'll love this spacious, top floor, 1-bedroom apartment to rent with its large roof terrace with views of Edificio d'España. The apartment has a big, comfortable living area, with a huge sofa, a dining table, and a flatscreen TV. The other rooms have large floor areas, but have heavily sloping ceilings, as this is an attic apartment. The rooms are organised to as to make them as comfortable as possible to use, however. The terrace has views over the rooftops of the city, and is very spacious, and has a table and chairs to sit and dine or relax in the sun.
The location is, if anything, even better than the apartment! In Malasaña, one of Madrid's most beloved and trendy districts, you will never find yourself lacking for something to do, with a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops, and other hidden gems nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the roof terrace, obviously!
- The main living area looks very comfortable – large and bright, with plenty of room to entertain, or just to relax.
- The whole of the city is within easy reach, with 5- Metro stations less than 10-minute's walk away.
- Malasaña is one of the trendiest areas of the city, and other exciting areas, including Chueca, are a short walk away.
