A charming, 50m2, 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the heart of Malasaña - Madrid's most coveted area. The interior of the property is decorated with cosy furniture, with a comfortable living room and a kitchen that is fully furnished with modern appliances.
Malasaña is Madrid's most vibrant neighbourhood, filled with quirky bars, unique restaurants, music venues, and concept stores. Tenants can walk just 1 minute to reach Plaza de San Ildefonso — one of the areas where all of the action happens. Tribunal, Gran Vía, and Callao metro stations are all very close to the property.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 features a space-saving bed that folds up into the shelving units.
- This apartment is very well-connected to the city centre – Gran Vía, Tribunal and Callao metro stations are nearby.
- Despite being in the centre of a party district, both bedrooms have windows that lead to interior patios.
