Spotahome's opinion
This is a very bright, clean house that you will share with the live-in landlord, with rooms available to rent in Tottenham. There are wood laminate flooring throughout, and each of the rooms has a double bed and modern furniture. The shared areas are spotless, and there are 2 bathrooms to share between the 5 rooms. The upstairs bathroom is particularly nice, fully tiled, and with a shower over the bathtub. The downstairs bathroom has a cubicle shower. The kitchen is very spacious, and has a dining table in the centre. There is lots of food preparation and storage space, and there is an oven with a gas stove. There is a separate utility room with the washing machine. The living room has comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV.
The house is in a quiet, residential area, but just a short walk from Bruce Grove Overground station on Tottenham High Road, where you will find grocery stores, shopping, bars, restaurants, and takeaways. A short walk away is the popular Bruce Castle Park, a great place to relax in the summer sun, and which also has a museum of local history, housed in a 16th century Manor.
