There are rooms for rent in this charming 3-bedroom house with live-in landlady on Russell Rd in Palmers Green. The house has a beautiful, open-plan kitchen and living area that has French doors which open out to the garden. The living area has 2 sofas that get soaked with sun during the day and look out to the garden which has outdoor furniture and beautiful plants. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
This is a lovely house located in North London near to both Bounds Green Underground station and Bowes Park Overground station. This means you have access to the central city by the Piccadilly line in about 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The house is located on a peaceful and quiet residential street.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need to cook.
- The house has beautiful wooden floors.
- Running behind the apartment is New River, which has a walkway running next to it.
- There is a supermarket and electronics shop located at the end of the street.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is only accessible by tenants at the landlord's discretion, so you will have to ask before using it.
- The downstairs bathroom is for the landlord's use only. The tenant's bathroom is upstairs.

Flatmates
This gorgeous house is far too spacious to be living in alone! Not to worry, living here you will have the company of a live-in landlady and 1 other tenant. The landlady is a woman in her 50's who loves gardening, reading, animals and keeping people entertained. Luckily there is a beautiful garden out the back of the house where you could spend hours chatting or gardening in the summer or there is space to socialise with one another in the living and kitchen area.
