Rooms are for rent in a stunningly furnished house on Stanley Road in the Bounds Green area of North London. There is a living/dining area which is for the live-in landlady's use only except for when you want to sit down and eat or you can also eat in the garden. Shared areas include the contemporary, high-quality kitchen and the luxurious first floor bathroom with a bathtub.
You will be in Bounds Green, a peaceful residential area which is very well connected—there is an Underground station just 10 minutes' walk away. Getting into central London is quick and easy.

What we liked the most
- We love the decor—it feels really luxurious.
- The shared kitchen has big patio doors which look out onto the beautiful garden (off limits to tenants).
- The bathroom is spacious and has an enormous walk-in shower and a large bathtub.
- Bounds Green is peaceful but very well connected.
- There is access to a lovely garden, great for the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room and dining room are off limits to tenants, expect for when you want to use it to eat.
- The landlady works from home so needs a quiet space to work.
