There is a room for rent in this 4-bedroom house on Kimmage Road Lower, Kimmage. This property offers a shared fully equipped kitchen with large open-plan dining room, a storage room with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a garden out the back of the property.

Located in the Kimmage area, this property is just 15-minutes by bus from Dublin, and is on a quiet street. There is a wide range of parks and green spaces, so you'll always have somewhere to go to get some exercise and fresh air. Rathmines is a 15-minute walk from this property, and offers a huge range of shops and eateries, as well as DIT University, making this ideal for professionals and students alike.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
  • The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink.
  • The living room is equipped with a sofa, table and television, and is a very big room. There is a second living room with a couch that folds out into a bed.
  • This property has a large garden out the back.
  • There is a storage/utility room on the ground floor, and this is where the washing machine is kept.
  • This property is in a quiet area, and is still very close to Dublin.

Things to keep in mind
