You'll fall in love with this gorgeous family home in a big Victorian townhouse, with rooms for rent on Edenvale Road in Rathgar. The house is decorated elegantly and stylishly, blending the modern and the traditional seamlessly through its large rooms, from the warm, comfortable living room, to the huge, bright kitchen and dining area, with modern appliances and patio doors that lead to the back garden. The bathroom follows the same style, with a modern, spacious shower cubicle alongside a deep red, claw-footed bathtub.
You will be living in one of the most desirable areas of the city, with fantastic, fast transport links into the centre. There are a few local shops, including a Grocery store near the close-by Luas stop, and lots more shopping, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, plus other amenities, like banks, doctors, and pharmacies, on Ranelagh, about a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- We love this home, its style, its elegance. We're sure you'll love it too!
- You get to choose between a quick, hot shower in the morning, or a long relaxing bath.
- The area has plenty of local amenities (and some of the best restaurants in Dublin.)
- You will be within easy access of classes at Trinity College, with a short walk and the Luas bringing you there in about 20-30 minutes.
