This 3-storey house in Rathgar is a family home with rooms available to rent to students. All the rooms are located on the upper floors, where you also have the 2 full bathrooms. On the ground floor, you have the spacious common areas which include a family room, eat-in kitchen, and a sunny living room. The back living room has a wall covered in windows that looks out onto the patio and keeps it constantly filled with natural light.
Rathgar is a picturesque residential neighborhood, home to the wealthy and filled with big and beautiful homes. On Meadowbank, you are on a quiet cul-de-sac but within walking distance to several bus stops and small shops. If you walk down nearby Rathfarnham Road for about 10 minutes, you can also reach a commercial area with hair salons, restaurants, supermarkets and more.
