There is a room available to rent in this cosy and friendly house on Quinn Avenue. The property opens up into a open-plan kitchen and living area where you have 2 comfy couches and a TV as well as a round dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also has a spacious back-garden where you can enjoy sunny afternoons and the bedroom is large with beautiful wooden floors.
The property is located in a peaceful part of town where you live right around the corner from Phoenix Park and some interesting museums. Living here you are no more than a 20-minute walk from Dublin city center and are also well-connected by bus. The area has lots of restaurants and pubs for you to enjoy and there are shops and supermarkets close by where you can do your daily shopping.
