There are rooms to rent in this stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Templemore Avenue in Rathgar. The kitchen is well-equipped and tastefully decorated with all the essentials including an oven and dishwasher. The spacious living room is similarly decorated and includes a TV, while the bathrooms are also well-equipped.
Located in a residential area, you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops, including a supermarket, within a 10-minute walk. Kenilworth Square is also within walking distance, while the Swan Shopping Centre is only a 20-minute walk down the road.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax outside of your room
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a washing machine and dryer, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
