This 5-bedroom, 3-storey house has 2 rooms for rent, and are both suitable for a single person or a couple. The property has 3 shared bathrooms, and bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, laundry room and a living area, which will be shared with the landlord.
The house is in the neighbourhood of Ballsbridge, a 15-minute walk from Dublin City Centre. This convenient location is close to public transport and amenities, with a Tesco supermarket, pubs and shops just down the road. The Aviva Stadium is also within walking distance.
