This luminous 3-bedroom house in Rathgar has 2 rentable rooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The property has an elegant living room where you will find a pair of comfy couches, a flat screen TV and some nice artwork on the walls as well as a spacious garden with outdoor furniture where you can spend sunny afternoons or enjoy a cigarette. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal and has a stylish glass dining table where you can enjoy them. The landlady lives in the house 2-3 days per week.

The property is located in a fashionable area where you have excellent transport links to the city center and all of Dublin. The streets outside are made up of beautiful houses and feel very open. The local shops are a 5-minute walk away, and you will find several parks and sports clubs within walking distance.

Things to keep in mind
