A fully furnished bedroom is available for rent in a bright and airy two bedroom apartment. The room comes equipped with two single beds, storage space and has a large window with lovely views over the charming neighbourhood. This flat has wooden floors, several windows that let in plenty of natural light and is equipped with all you could need for a pleasant stay. You will be sharing the flat with the landlord, a 25-year old doctor. Common areas include one bathroom with a bathtub, a living area with a television, and a kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. This comfortable flat has gas heating and Wi-Fi already installed and ready to use. It is located on Sandymount Avenue, in the upscale and leafy neighbourhood of Ballsbridge, close to several sports grounds, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The Aviva Stadium is only 1km from the flat and train station Sandymount is three minutes away, allowing you to reach the town centre in only 10 minutes. You can also cycle into town in just a few minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in a quiet and green neighbourhood, close to the city centre.
- Every room in this flat has a window, creating a bright and airy ambiance.
- The living room provides a pleasant space to relax outside of your room, furnished with two sofas and a TV.
- There is also a dining table located next to a large window where you can enjoy your meals.
- The bathroom has a bathtub, two mirrors and storage space.
- The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, including an electric stove, oven, pots, pans and other accessories.
- Other amenities provided include a washer/dryer, dishwasher and Wi-Fi.
- There are natural gas heaters throughout the flat.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
