Spacious room for rent, suitable for professionals only, in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Clondalkin, close to the train station. The 2-storey house is fully furnished and has a large garden which is perfect for sunny days. You will be sharing the communal areas with the live-in landlady and her 5-year-old son. The surrounding area is leafy and picturesque. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Several bus routes operate in the area as well as the Clondalkin train station.
What we liked the most
- You can find several shops and supermarkets just a short walk away.
- Clondalkin train station is a 10-minute walk from the house.
- Tenants can park their car in the front yard.
- The fully equipped kitchen also provides access to the large garden.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that a 5-year-old child lives on the property.
- There are 2 outdoor cats, not great for anyone with allergies.
- The landlady would prefer the tenant not to enter her living room. Tenants have their own living room in the room next door.
