There is a room for rent in this 82 m², 2-bedroom apartment with parking on Millpark, in the neighbourhood of Clondalkin. You will share 1 nicely tiled bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area with the 30-year-old landlord and his cat.
Clondalkin is a nice and tranquil residential area that is about 35 minutes from Dublin City Centre by bus. The local village is only 5 minutes from the apartment, and has shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all the essential amenities.
What we liked the most
- The living area opens out onto a balcony with 2 chairs so you can relax outdoors.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher.
- There is a flat screen TV which can be enjoyed from the dining table or sofa.
- The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and sink.
- The Clondalkin Leisure Centre is a short walk from the apartment and has a gym and swimming pool.
