This large 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Lucan is occupied by the landlady and her family and has 4 rentable rooms. Tenants will have access to fantastic common areas, including a kitchen, 2 living areas, a garden and a playroom with a pool table.
The house is located in a nice residential area approximately 40 minutes away from the city centre by bus. There is a small shopping centre a 10-minute walk away providing access to basic amenities.
What we liked the most
- The house is nicely decorated and bright.
- The kitchen has a dining table with all that you need to cook.
- There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- There are 2 living areas with televisions.
- The house is in a quiet residential area.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has 3 friendly cats.
- There is a refrigerator which is for the exclusive use of the landlady and her family, but there is a fridge which can be used by the tenants.
