This is a lovely, sunny home with 3 rooms to rent for female students. Ballinteer Park is located in the peaceful suburb of Ballinteer, to the south of Dublin. There are ample amenities and a large park within walking distance, as well as easy access to the city via public transport. The house, shared with the landlady and her daughter, features a big yard and a bright, spacious living room with a flat screen television. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and washing machine. All of the available rooms, as well as the shared bathroom, are on the second floor, with views of the quiet street or garden. These rooms would be ideal for someone looking for a quiet, homey atmosphere.

The English speaking landlady lives on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Rent may be paid by bank transaction or in cash. The landlady only accepts female students. No smoking is allowed on the premise, including the backyard.

Downtown Dublin is accessible by car in roughly 30 minutes, and most Ballinteer residents commute this way. However there is also a stop for the 14, 75 and 116 buses just down the street. The 14 bus will take you to the city in 40 minutes.
