The live-in landlady of this 2-bedroom flat is looking for a female tenant to rent a room with a private bathroom. Shared amenities include a kitchen, a washer-dryer, and nicely decorated living area opening out onto a balcony.

The flat is located in the pleasant residential neighbourhood of Sandyford, a 15-minute drive away from the city centre. There is also a bus stop just across the street and access to the Luas nearby for those using public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony has lovely street views and is equipped with a table and chairs.
  • You can walk to the local shops from the flat in 10 minutes.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and has a dishwasher.
  • There is also a washer-dryer to take care of your laundry.
