This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is NOT installed in the property, but the landlady can provide a mobile wifi for an additional 20€ a month.
Spotahome's opinion
This apartment is located in a very nice residential area of Dublin. Easily connected to the city center by bus, Sandyford is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of shops close by. The room for rent is located on the apartment ground floor and upstairs you find a very large and open common area. The dining room, living room, and kitchen are all connected creating a very open and comfortable space. With high ceilings and large glass windows the apartment is always kept bright.
What we liked the most
- There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment.
- The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, over, washing machine, and television.
- The common area is quite spacious and has very high ceilings.
- There are bus stops in walking distance, for an easy connection to the city center.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady prefers mature tenants and does not allow parties.
- The landlady, who lives on the property, is a mother of 2 and gives yoga classes in the apartment twice a week.
- The apartment is divided into two floors, with bedroom on the first floor and the common area on the second.
