This amazing, luxurious ground floor apartment is available to rent in Ixelles. A very large 90 m² and gorgeous furnishings and decorations, coupled with the high ceilings, and original mouldings and hardwood floors give the apartment a feeling of sumptuous elegance. The kitchen is very well equipped, with new surfaces and fittings. The bathroom has a huge shower, and has wooden slatted walls and floor, designed to reduce moisture and create a warm environment.

The location is absolutely perfect for a person working at the European Parliament, with the Hemicycle building less than a 10-minute walk away. There are many other notable institutions nearby, along with several of the city's major museums, making the home ideal for an academic too. Also, there area has plenty of amenities, including several supermarkets, pharmacies, clothes stores, restaurants and bars.

  • You will have a real tase of luxury living here.
  • The location is perfect for people working at the European Parliament.
  • The city centre is also just a short walk away, passing several important institutions and museums, plus the Palais de Bruxelles on the way.
