This 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer d'Espartero in Extramurs. The property is well sized, and has a bright open-plan living area, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the interior patio. The 2 bedrooms are quite spacious, and have a double bed in one room, and a bunk bed in the other - an ideal set up for a family.
Extramurs is a predominately residential area, but you will be living at its edge, close to Ciutat Vella and all that it offers. The large shopping districts are just a short walk away, so here you can find everything you need for a comfortable day-to-day life in the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has modern, clean fittings.
- You will have central AC, perfect to get you through the scorching summer months.
- You are close to a Metro station with access to 5 lines, bringing the entire city within easy reach.
- The proximity to Ciutat Vella means that you are within walking distance of all your shopping needs.
