The central location in Extramurs is just minutes from the City Hall, the public library, and the Catholic University of Valencia. Estació del Nord is also nearby, allowing easy travel to other parts of Spain, including a high speed service to Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The stylish living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
  • The kitchen is equipped with modern accessories.
  • The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe.
  • Carrer Colón, the city's most important shopping street, is a few minutes away.
  • Tenants will have access to a communal terrace within the apartment building.

Things to keep in mind
