This lovely studio is for rent on Carrer d'en Tantarantana in El Born. In the heart of Barcelona, this studio has a lofted bedroom and the bathroom on one floor and the living space and kitchen are all on the main floor. When you enter the apartment, you have the living area with a couch, a mirror, great artwork and some shelving. Alongside the sofa, you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with an oven, a toaster, a gas stove and plenty of storage. You will also find basic cooking supplies. Next to the window, you will find the fridge with the microwave on top. The floor-to-ceiling window has a lovely balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy some glasses of wine with a friend. Up the stairs, you have the bedroom with a double bed, shelving, and a standalone closet. The bathroom has a lovely little window, some shelving, a shower, sink, and toilet.

Living in El Born means being in the center of the action. As one of Barcelona’s most historic neighborhoods, you will always find something new and exciting every time you leave the apartment. You are right near one of the city’s largest parks, Parque de la Ciudadela, where you can enjoy a picnic with friends. Around the apartment, you’ll also find plenty of shopping, bars, and cafés. Supermarkets nearby include Condis and Día.
