This 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in the El Born district has 2 sunny double-bed rooms and a combination kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can easily whip up a meal while watching TV or entertaining guests. There is a spacious bathroom and an AC unit as well.

Located on Carrer dels Assaonadors, the apartment is in trendy El Born and close to everything. The beach is only a 15-minute bus ride away, and you have a metro stop 5 minutes away to get you around town. When you want more leaves than sand, you can also head over to the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella.

What we liked the most

  • There is AC in the living room – great for summer!
  • Bedroom 2 is the largest bedroom.
  • The combined living room and kitchen is cozy and bright.
  • The bathroom is very spacious and has a window and a big mirror.
  • There is a metro stop less than 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven, but the kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave.
  • The bedrooms do not have heating, but it is easy to find space heaters if needed.
  • This is a 3rd floor apartment in a building with no elevator.
