This exterior apartment is located on Carrer dels Carders in the trendy neighborhood El Born. The apartment is completely renovated and features parquet flooring, modern furniture and amenities, and balconies with street views. It is an excellent location for anyone as the apartment is near public transportation, which gives you easy access to the city center and the beach. To ensure a comfortable and stress free stay, all utilities are included in the rent and the flat comes with air conditioning in most of the rooms. The 45m2 apartment features two fully furnished bedrooms and one bathroom.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been renovated and has exposed brick, making it very modern in a trendy neighborhood.
  • The bathroom has been renovated as well and features a nice shower.
  • Air conditioning is available in a majority of the rooms
  • All of the utilities are included in the rental price.
  • The couch in the living room is a sofa bed, ideal for visitors.
  • The apartment is located in El Born right in the city buzz, and close to plenty of metro stations - you will have easy access to other parts of Barcelona.
  • You will also be located just a short 15 minute bus ride from the beach!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, however, you will be able to use a full functioning microwave along with a stove.
  • The landlord may accept pets, depending on their size.
