The apartment is beautifully furnished with bright furniture, featuring plenty of storage and beautiful bedrooms - one furnished with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The fantastic living room has a unique brick wall and features a television, sofa and a dining table, as well as a small balcony. The two bedroom apartment for rent also comes with an open plan kitchen and a modern bathroom, equipped with a large shower. It is an ideal location for those who would prefer to live close to the city centre and be located nearby plenty of attractions as well as metro and bus stations. You will have air conditioning and a dryer and the apartment is also pet-friendly. As a bonus point, all utilities are included in the rental price of this beautiful 45m2 apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located very close to the city centre! You will be living just a few minutes away from plenty of attractions and beautiful parks.
  • You will be able to use air conditioning - an excellent feature for hot summers in Barcelona.
  • The pet-friendly apartment also has a dryer, so there will be no need to hang your clothes and wait for them to dry.
  • We love the brick wall in the living room - it gives the apartment a chic look.
  • The furniture is very bright and the entire apartment has plenty of storage space for all your belongings.
  • All utilities are included in the rent.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen lacks an oven, however, you will have a fully functioning microwave and a stove.
  • The photos and video do not show a wall for Room 1, but there will be a partition when the new tenant(s) move in.
