The apartment is located on Carrer Sant Vicenc Martir, in the heart of Valencia, however it faces a quiet pedestrian street. Many of Valencia's most famous attractions are within walking distance, including the city's most important plaza, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, which is around the corner. What we liked the most

  • It is difficult to find such spacious bedrooms in a downtown apartment. You will have all the room you need!
  • The location is ideal, close to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Plaza de Toros, shopping, bars, and public transportation.
  • The apartment has great amenities like central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and an oven.
  • These rooms are very reasonably priced for their size and location.
