Four bedrooms are available for rent separately in a four bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Offering a floor area of 75 sqm, this well equipped apartment features a shared kitchen, one bathroom and a living area. It is located on Carrer de la industria, in the neighbourhood of Camins al Grau. This apartment is perfect for students as it is located within close proximity to the universities and all bedrooms have their own desks.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms are very well appointed, including having their own TVs and desks.
- The kitchen is comfortable and offers a good range of appliances and cooking utensils including a stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a fridge/freezer and a microwave.
- The living room is located in the centre of the house and it is furnished with a dining table with four chairs.
- The bathroom is modern and tidy, and has a shower, a toilet and a sink.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is interior and doesn't have a window.
- The rental price doesn't include utilities, and these will need to be paid by the tenants separately.
