What we liked the most

  • Two of the rooms (Room 1 and 4) have exterior balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
  • The whole flat is extremely luminous- being on the 4th floor, all rooms receive ample sunlight.
  • The living room is very spacious and has 3 sofas for tenants to relax. A perfect place to get to know your new roommates!
  • There is a common balcony, accessible via the living room.
  • The rooms vary in size and furniture, allowing tenants to choose according to their preference and budget.
  • The landlord accepts pets.
  • The building has a common terrace where you can take in Valencia's ample sunshine!
