This exterior apartment is located high up on the seventh floor and has a balcony with nice views over the city. Shared amenities include a living area with a TV, and a comfortable kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wi-fi is already installed in the apartment and rent includes a cleaning service. This well presented apartment is located on Doctor Vicente Pallarès Iranzo street, in the neighbourhood of Algirós, a short walk away from the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia and the Campus de Tarongers of the Universitat de Valencia.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is very spacious, and will provide occupants of this apartment with a comfortable space to eat their meals, watch TV or simply get together for a chat at the end of the day. There is also a large storage unit where tenants could keep books or other small items.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, including having a practical dishwasher.
  • There is a balcony overlooking the street, which could be used to dry washing or store other cleaning equipment. There are also some outdoor chairs where you could sit with a drink and watch the city go by below you.
  • Bedrooms 3 is the largest room in the house, and has its own private balcony. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom. Both of these rooms can be rented by a couple.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is one shared bathroom to be used by tenants of rooms 1-3.
  • Water, electricity and gas costs are not included in the monthly rent.
