Sunny rooms are available to rent in a lovely 4-bedroom flatshare in Camins al Grau. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV, or step out onto the lovely balcony from some fresh air and sun. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. Each of the 4 bedrooms is bright and spacious, with either single or double beds. In the bathroom, you'll find a large bathtub and plenty of storage space for all your things under the sink.
The University of Valencia is under a half-hour away using the Metro. Closer to the apartment you will find a supermarket and a few other shops within a 10-minute walk.

- The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
