Rooms are available for rent in this large 6-bedroom apartment in Gran Via, in the barrio of L'Eixample. The apartment is very bright and airy throughout, with large windows on the exterior portions. It has high ceilings, and is decorated in cool colours, to help you escape the Valencian heat. You will have access to 2 modern bathrooms, with showers, washbasins, and toilets, and also to a separate toilet room. You will also have a modern, well equipped kitchen, with lots of storage and cooking space.

Gran Via is an area full of restaurants and bars, plus plenty of shopping, so buying those essentials won't be a problem. You will also be a short walk from the huge Jardí del Túria, which is a beautiful park that snakes through the centre of the city, where you can find lots of sights and sites, including the closest, the Palau de la Música, a popular concert, cinema, arts, and exhibition hall, which is also home to the Orchestra of Valencia.

What we liked the most

  • The property is bright and airy and very large.
  • You will have modern and new fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Nearby there are lots of bars and restaurants to keep you entertained (and fed).
  • You can walk to the Jardí del Túria in just a few minutes, where you can easily spend a day exploring its beautiful flower gardens, and the venues scattered throughout.
