Rooms are available to rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in L'Eixample. In addition to the bedrooms there is a modern kitchen with beautiful tiled floors, 2 shared bathrooms. The property is exterior so there is plenty of light.
The apartment is centrally located just one street behind the Gran Via. There are a multitude of bars and restaurants within a short walk, as well as the lovely Jardà del Túria park.
What we liked the most
- We love the wonderful Valencian-style tiled floors.
- The property has been decorated in a contemporary style with modern furnishings.
- There is plenty of light.
- You will be living right in the centre of Valencia, with plenty to see and do within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
