This 3-bedroom apartment offers an area of 80 sqm. Located in the district of Poblats Maritims, it is in one of the most famous areas of Valencia. This area has the benefit of being next to the port and beach, making it a great location to find great markets, bars, and restaurants. The apartment offers 3 individual rooms for rent, each with an independent key and an interior patio view. The apartment is fully renovated and offers a large common area that is constantly illuminated and offers plenty of space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with a microwave, sandwich maker, and coffee maker. This apartment is on the 4th floor which provides great views of the city from the balcony.

What we liked the most

  • Each bedroom has its own independent key for added privacy.
  • The apartment is quite spacious and has a lot of natural light.
  • The living room area is large and provides access to a small balcony.
  • This apartment comes equipped with modern amenities such a a washing machine, oven, and television.
  • Some of the beds can be lifted and used for extra storage.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no central heating, but there are individual heating units in the bedrooms.

This bedroom comes with its own independent key and is furnished with a double bed and a standalone wardrobe. This is the only bedroom that has its own private bathroom which is newly renovated and offers a sink, toilet, and shower. The bed can be lifted and used for extra storage space. Please note that the price shown is for single occupancy only. The price for couples is €450 per month. Since Spotahome's visit, the door to the en-suite bathroom has been replaced.

This apartment is in a prime location of Valencia with all modes of transportation only a short walking distance away. Nearby there are bus stops for bus lines 1, 2, 4 ,19, 30 and the night buses N8 and N9. The closest metro stop is Marítim - Serrería, which offers connections to lines 5 and 7. Conveniently enough, line 5 is the airport line. Marítim - Serrería also offers connections to Valencia's tram lines 6 and 8.
