There is a spacious and comfortable room for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment in Poblats Marítims, near the beach. You will share the kitchen with the live-in landlord, but have private use of the bathroom. The large apartment is divided into the tenant's area and the landlord's area for the perfect amount of autonomy. The kitchen is full equipped and the bedrooms comes with a double bed, couch, and AC.

The apartment is located in the Camins al Grau neighborhood of the Poblats Marítims district. If you like the residential atmosphere, but also are an avid beach-goer than this apartment is perfect for you. You are surrounded by all your basic amenities and have great bus connections, which take you to the beach in just 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you can walk to a big El Corte Inglés department store, where you can buy practically anything. And for something a bit different, you can walk to the fantastic Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in about 20 minutes, for a day of culture and learning. Right next door to that are the Jardines del Túria, a beautiful, kilometers long park ideal for jogging and other activities.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom has a key and is separated from the landlord's area for added privacy.
  • The room also has AC – a true luxury.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, kettle, blender, microwave, toaster, etc.
  • The kitchen has a built in reverse-osmosis water filter, for completely pure drinking water – you'll save a lot of money on bottled mineral water.
  • We love the full-length mirror by the door – perfect for a quick look before heading out.
  • You can reach the beach in just 5 minutes by bus.

  • Marítim - Serrería (L5, L7) is the closest Metro stop just a 10-minute walk away. The station is also served by tram lines 6 and 8.+
  • Within a minute's walk is the bus stop at Port - Padre Porta, with access to routes 2, 4, 19, 30, N8, and N9. Some of these will bring you to the beachin just 5 minutes!
  • 2 minute's walk away is a bus stop on Carrer de Juan Verdeguer - Porta, where you can catch buses 2, 4, 30, 19, and N8. (Buses 4 and 19 will bring you to Plaza Ayuntamiento in 23 minutes.)
  • There are multiple other bus routes within a 5 minute walk, and close to the house are 2 Valenbisi (public bicycle hire) stations
