This 120 m² 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Joaquín Costa, in L’Eixample, opens out onto a lovely private terrace with gorgeous city views. The beautifully decorated property has 2 bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
The apartment enjoys a fantastic central location, very close to the Turia Gardens and within walking distance of the vibrant nightlife of Russafa. Colón, one of Valencia's most important commercial streets, is a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives good natural light.
- The living area has a dining table, television, and a large bookcase.
- The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy a drink outdoors.
- There is a study corner, ideal to use as a home office.
- You will find numerous Spanish and international restaurants to enjoy within walking distance of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a 2nd sleeping area with a sofa bed which is not fully private, as it is separated from the rest of the apartment by a partial wall only. This could be used as a guest room.
