Three spacious bedrooms for students or postgraduates are available to rent in this 140 sqm apartment in the peaceful neighborhood of Monte Sacro. Each of the bedrooms is fully furnished and has large windows that look out on the quiet courtyard and tree-lined streets. The wide corridor doubles as a living space and the fully equipped kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, oven, and gas stove. Aside from a small washroom with a washing machine, there is also a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Two of the three bedrooms have access to a small balcony, wonderful for studying or relaxing with a book.
The quiet Roman suburb of Monte Sacro is well connected to the city center by bus, and there are shops, supermarkets and parks nearby.

- The apartment includes amenities that you do not often find in a city, such as a washing machine, oven, and dishwasher.
- In general the apartment is large, and the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen are all spacious.
- Monte Sacro is a beautiful, green neighborhood, with the convenience of having the city nearby.
- The balcony that can be accessed through bedroom 2 and 3 has nice third floor views of the surrounding neighborhood.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment and bills are not included.
- The room that is labeled as the "Landlord's" room is used by the landlord as storage. The landlord uses this room rarely. This room is also referred to as the Landlord's bedroom in the video, however it is just a room used for storage.
