The apartment has a spacious and stylish living and dining room - artwork decorates almost every wall. There is also a fully equipped kitchen which you will be sharing with the live-in landlady. You will have your own bathroom to use which is near your bedroom.
The apartment is on Via Michele Amari in Rome's Appio Latino neighbourhood. You will be living near Via Appia Nuova; one of Rome's main streets, where you will find everything you need. You have Parco della Caffarella near the apartment, as well as Ponte Lungo metro station and Roma Tuscolana train station.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is modern, stylish, and very sleek.
- There are plenty of windows which let in natural light and fresh air.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, what a luxury!
- You have your own, private bathroom for maximum comfort.
- A cleaning service of the communal areas is included.
- This apartment is very well connected to the centre, Ponte Lungo metro station and Roma Tuscolana train station are within walking distance.
