Beautiful rooms are available on via Acaia in San Giovanni district. This area is perfect for those wishing to experience a less typical Romanian lifestyle and immerse with the locals. This exterior apartment has four sunny rooms available for rent. You'll benefit from amazing 7th floor views, as well as a fully furnished apartment, providing everything you might need during your stay in Rome. The area of the apartment is 100m2. You'll be surrounded by funky cafes, restaurants and shops. Party enthusiasts will definitely be delighted as this area has plenty of nightclubs where you can experience Rome's nightlife. With easy transportation links into the city centre this really is a perfect location!
What we liked the most
- San Giovanni is an exciting neighborhood with lots to offer. Tenants will never be bored living here!
- Close to the subway stations, well connected to the other parts of Rome with buses and subways
- The apartment features amazing 7th floor views, even in the bathroom. You never know when you might need some inspiration!
- The kitchen is very big and long, equipped with plenty of cupboards where you can store your food.
- Even though the bedroom #2 has a single bed, it's very large, with a great courtyard view.
- The apartment is very quiet due to its floor location and excellent isolation - when you close the windows you won't be able to hear a single thing from the outside world!
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment doesn't have a living room, however, the tenants can spend time together in the communal kitchen.
