This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on Via di Pietralata in the Tiburtina neighborhood of Rome. The apartment is very bright and well-connected, with various metro stations within a 15 minute walk. You'll find lots of green spaces in the surrounding area; in fact, the Valle dell'Aniene Natural Reserve Park is right behind this flat! Those who love to be around nature will be delighted by this location. The apartment itself features a fully furnished kitchen with a dining area and a large fridge, along with a balcony facing the green courtyard. The tenants will also have access to 2 shared bathrooms, one equipped with a bath and one with a shower. The area of the apartment is 120m2.
What we liked the most
- With the Natural Reserve right next to the apartment, you can take walks and go for jogs whenever you want.
- The apartment is within a 15 minute walk from 3 different metro stations; the closest one is Pietralata, which is 8 minutes away.
- The bedrooms are very spacious and fully furnished - almost all have a comfortable double bed.
- The apartment has two long bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
- The kitchen has plenty of cupboards where you can keep your condiments, groceries and other things.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment doesn't have a living room, but the tenants can hang out in the kitchen or on the balcony.
