This 2 bedroom apartment offers 2 rooms with private bathroom for rent, 1 single and 1 double. Being located on the 8th floor, this exterior home is quiet and receives a vast amount of natural light. With a floor area of 90 sqm, this spacious flat offers a comfortable and well-equipped space to live in, with shared amenities including a full kitchen and a living area opening to a sunny balcony. It also enjoys a good location on Via Pescosolido, within a quiet residential neghborhood but very close to Via Tiburtina, a major commercial road where you will find a huge variety of shops and food outlets. The stunning natural reserve Valle dell'Aniene is also within a short walk from the flat, providing you with an amazing natural setting where you can exercise, go for a leisurely walk or enjoy of a picnic under one of the many trees.

What we liked the most
- There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, and one will be allocated for the private use of each room.
- There is a lovely balcony with beautiful views over a park which can be accessed from the living area and the kitchen.
- With only 2 rooms in the house, it will never get too crowded.
- The comfortable living area is furnished with a dinning table with 4 chairs, providing tenants with a pleasant space to eat their meals.
- The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven and everything else you could need for cooking your meals.
- If you are planning to get a car while in Rome, you will be pleased to know that you will easily find street parking within close proximity to the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The shared washing machine is located inside the bathroom belonging to bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, but there is an option to equip it with a double bed. This room has a maximum occupancy of 1 person.
