These stylish rooms are available to rent in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Via dei Monte Tiburtini. The apartment is bright and newly renovated, with all new furnishings and fittings throughout, finished to a high standard. There are 2 small balconies in the apartment, one leading from the bathroom, the other from bedroom 1. The apartment has lots of extra built-in storage in the hallway, and a modern kitchen.
Located in Tiburtina, you'll love living here. The Metro is close by, for getting to University or the city centre, and there are a good selection of local shops, and some great restaurants too. There's also a Panorama Superstore about an 8-minute walk away.

- The big, bright kitchen has plenty of space for the 3 tenants, and has a dining table where you can eat together.
- Each of the rooms are very spacious - you can bring lots from home!
- Sapienza Università di Roma is only 3 stops away on the Metro.
- The nearby Via Tiburtina has all the services and amenities you'll need for day-to-day life – and possibly some more besides.
